Ok, I had a few more ideas, I might as well add them to the heap here:

Can we have at the end of the battle a list of captured flags? And which unit captured them? Casualties sustained and inflicted as well as prisoners are important too, but the flags and/or eagles that get captured would add something extra.

Playing as France or Austria, Russia etc… should feel different. Different tactics, different mentalities, different organization etc.. all this resulted in a different way of waging war, and especially when there is a campaign involved it would be good if these differences were really present in the game.

Historical battles with a scripted AI would be a nice addition.
